I had a nice walk with Dad Richard Kay this afternoon. We walked and talked about how we could help mom. It was nice.

Lance

I met a young man named Lance on my walk yesterday. He is a 20 something that grew up in Buffalo's east side and he attended Bennett high school. He told me that he tends to keep to himself but then proceeded to open up to me about his current study of the Bible. The New Testament recently is his study of choice. We spoke for about an hour about scripture and God. Even though it was freezing we both agreed that we did not want to leave the conversation but decided to exchange numbers and will meet up again in the future.

Benjamin here. This morning I got up and took an hour long exam in preparation for my third and final SEE next Tuesday. I go for my exit interview next Friday and then this anesthesia school thing is almost done. I enjoyed some pearl of great price, the book of Abraham where I re-learned that all of the earth will have the blessings of the gospel available to them through Abraham.
I had an hour long walk today 4.6 miles and I am trying a blood type based diet that my mom recommended. I am Type B blood type. I am in New York. I am feeling confident about the next two months. Sylvia takes it hard when I am gone. I have made strides to communicate with them at least three times yesterday. Royal always takes the phone and hides with it.
I am try the military diet when I am in Puerto Rico. We will see how it goes.

Two airplanes and Papa is back in New York

So...I quickly ate thanksgiving dinner, studied some more and then sat down to watch the Jimmy Stewart Classic: "It's a wonderful life". Alice Giauque, my mother in law cried along with us when Stewart comes back and wishes a merry Christmas to the Movie House and merry Christmas you ol' building and loan. Even Sylvia liked it. It was nice to spend time with uncle Rod and the Giauque family.
